Install once for your organization
An organization admin connects Rebyte to the Slack workspace through OAuth. No team member needs to paste a token.02
Bind a channel to an Agent
Choose any public Slack channel from the Agent settings. Each channel routes to one Agent, and each Agent accepts one channel.03
Mention @rebyte and keep working
Mention @rebyte to start a task. Rebyte acknowledges it, posts the task link, and treats replies in that thread as follow-ups.Slack conversation in. Agent task out.
Rebyte preserves the Slack thread as the task's conversation, so follow-up requests stay attached to the same work.Mention or DMA request begins in Slack.

Installing Rebyte does not add it to every conversation. Your Slack admins decide where the bot belongs, and your Rebyte admins decide which Agent receives each channel.Only Rebyte organization admins can install Slack or change channel bindings.
Other workspace members can see the active binding, but cannot change it.
@rebyte does not automatically join public channels. Add the bot when your Slack team is ready.
Private channels remain private and are visible to Rebyte only after the bot is invited.
