Description of Service

rebyte.ai is an AI infrastructure platform that provides virtual machines, virtual environments, and cloud runtime infrastructure. The Service enables users to run AI coding agents and other software within secure, sandboxed cloud environments. Similar to other cloud infrastructure providers, we provide the underlying compute resources and environment—users are responsible for the software they choose to run on our infrastructure.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when using our Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence or benchmarking

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by rebyte.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Software and User Responsibility

As a cloud infrastructure provider, rebyte.ai provides virtual machines and runtime environments on which users may install and run third-party software, including but not limited to AI coding agents, development tools, and other applications.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any software you run on our infrastructure complies with all applicable licenses, terms of service, and legal requirements
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for commercial or proprietary software you choose to use
• rebyte.ai does not provide, license, or endorse any third-party software that users may choose to run on our infrastructure
• We are not liable for any licensing disputes, intellectual property claims, or legal issues arising from your use of third-party software on our platform

Your use of third-party software, including AI coding agents and other tools, is subject to those providers' respective terms of service and licensing agreements. rebyte.ai makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party software compatibility, functionality, or licensing compliance.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rebyte.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

As a cloud infrastructure provider, rebyte.ai is not responsible for the actions, outputs, or consequences of any software, code, or AI agents that you run on our platform. This includes but is not limited to code generated by AI agents, decisions made by automated systems, or any damages arising from software you deploy or execute using our infrastructure.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
